Annelies has spent the past 5 years developing her passion and expertise in online research, specifically online communities. She graduated as a communication scientist and immediately joined InSites Consulting. Since joining InSites, she has worked on a broad range of projects across countries and clients – from L’Oréal to Coca-Cola. Annelies focuses on qualitative project management & analysis. She has a keen interest understanding what makes consumers tick. Annelies favorite part of the job is talking to real people – both client and consumer side – and then helping clients to weave consumer insight throughout their strategic business objectives.
Sophie Van Neck
Sophie is an experienced marketing professional (+10 years) with clear FMCG interest and experience. She has a degree as a political scientist, but rather thinking about voters, she has developed a career being close to consumers. She has a solid knowledge on insight, innovation & strategic planning. Proven expert in delivering & activating consumer insights. Recipient of the QRCA Global Outreach Scholarship in 2010. She currently heads one of the 2 Belgian FMCG sales teams at InSites Consulting and is in that capacity partnering with cool clients such as L’Oréal, Heineken, Reckitt Benckiser and Coca-Cola.

Madhumita is Associate Director, Consumer Insights, PepsiCo. She is an experienced global Insights professional with experience in market research, business advisory and analytics across industries. Madhumita is also an acclaimed public speaker, she is the ESOMAR representative for India and was recently featured in the e-book Leaders of Change: 10 Influential Researchers across the Globe.
Mukesh Kumar
Mukesh is the Global Category Lead for Light Meals at Nestle HQ in Switzerland. He is a seasoned business manager with expertise in building and managing multi billion dollar brands like Maggi. Mukesh speaks at marketing forums and is looking forward to writing a book on his experiences in the world of marketing.
